WHO IS CRAFT ME CALM?

Heather and I ( Carol) met in 2011 at a meditation class.  Neither of us could have known what a wonderful friendship and partnership that would develop.  Since meeting in the meditation class, we have practiced meditation, yoga and created art together.  This book is our most recent and rewarding creation.

The idea for our coloring book came during a meditation experience. Specifically, it was during a silent meditation retreat in January 2015 where I had the idea of creating a coloring book based on Heather’s artwork. For years, I admired her work and I desired to enjoy coloring in her sketches, So why not make a coloring book for all of us to color!

In comparison, I do not find myself to be a creative person, so having a friend who is always creating can be very inspiring. I often say, Heather helps me color and create "outside the lines". This project definitely has stretched us outside the lines of our comfort zone and we are proud of what we created.

Thank you for supporting our project. Heather and I wish you hours of fun and uplifting consciousness. Enjoy!

Peace and Love,
